Really friendly and helpful driver. The taxi arrived promptly, and the value was extremely good. If I ever fall asleep on a train again and go miles past my stop, I know who to call.
Taxi came to the wrong terminal even though I was assured they would check my flight number nearer to pick up and meet us where we came in to. We got ourselves to the terminal he called and said he would be arriving at and that 15 mins late. This 15 mins turned into 40 mins and we ended up having to walk into the car park to meet him. Upon his late arrival there was no apology or attempt to remedy his tardiness he just asked me to go pay for the car park charge. When asked if he was prepared to pay this £6 fee as an act of kindness for his lateness he said no.
This is the second time I have used the company- both times they have been late. Will not be using again. However, I do rate the efficiency of the WhatsApp chat, they were prompt and good at communicating.

Our Driver has horrendous customer service skills, didnt offer any help putting in or taking out luggage, was only concerned about money, stopped twice in dangerous conditions on the highway zero concern for his passenger safety, he should be reprimanded I will never use your company again. Buyer stay far away, horrible company
