Excellent service to Terminal 5. Arrived spot-on time at 4:15am. Courteous. Picked up bags and put them in the trunk. Spotless Mercedes. Smooth driving style. Faultless service.
Return service was equally excellent. Met at Arrivals on time. Courteously took my wife's luggage for her. Smooth journey home. Faultless service again!
Booked Silver Cars to take 2 adults 2 large suit cases and a road cycle to Heathrow T4 and to pick us up from T5 some 3 weeks later.
Outward journey we were informed on the day that they would arrive at the appropriate time - they were 5 minutes early.
Pick up from the airport, we informed them of the flight Number and arrival time. Again spot on time. Unfortunately our bags took longer than expected but there was no hassle.
5 stars for a 5 star caring company we will definitely use you again.

Once again, excellent service. Was kept informed at all times about possible delays but against all the odds the driver arrived at the allotted time. I highly recommend Silver Cars as a reliable & trustworthy service.
Amazing service! Although very short notice, they managed to find a car seat for my child and also the driver was waiting for us much earlier than originally ordered! I will highly recommend!
