Wonderful service! I forgot to ask for the name of the very friendly man who drove me all the way from Reading to central London and helped me load and offload, but I am so grateful for a friendly, reliable, punctual and efficient service. Was offered metered vs fixed price, took the risk of using the meter and ended up paying less than/about the same as an Uber but with a better service. Absolutely five stars and will recommend to my friends :)
Incredible service. We needed a transfer from RBH to Swindon hospital for my 10 year old daughter who is currently wheelchair bound. Any movement is excruciatingly painful so I was desperately worried about the whole experience. But I shouldn’t have been, Mo made the whole experience as easy and calm as possible. Took time to drive slow over bumps and potholes and even waited an additional hour and a half for our appointment to finish to bring us back. He went above and beyond and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better service. He even surprised my daughter with chocolates to get well soon at the end. I will definitely be using this service again and would recommend in an instant.
