Eagle Cars

Zero stars. We've used them for a few years and the drivers have always been late, insisted on cash payments when we were told card would be fine and today, our pre-booked and confirmed 4am airport transfer just didn't show up. No updates and no one answering the phone. Wouldn't even recommend them to people I dislike.

I've been using Eagle cars for many years and never had an issue. They are on time and friendly. I've even left my headphones in one of their cabs and they were kind and honest enough to update me and have them returned.

Taxi turned up 21 mins late to take us to station and we subsequently missed our train. This was booked well in advance. We were told would only be 5 mins late then wouldn't answer phone. Terrible service. Wouldn't use again after many years of good service.

I am Eagle car’s regularly customer until today. Last week I checked the price from my location to the airport was £65(include drop off), today I tried to book that trip and the price was £75(include drop off). I feel ripped off £10 increase in a week. Thus, I go for “Car Hub” with charge me only £60 (inc. drop off) which saved me £15 for a single journey. Good bye Eagle car, you won’t never get the money from me anymore.

I have used Eagle Cars several times now, both for ASAP ad-hoc journeys and for advance bookings. They have always been on time and very reliable. Their drivers are always friendly and helpful, and their fares are very reasonable indeed. The last time I used them my mobile slipped out of my pocket onto the back seat, as I got out of the car, without me realising. Both the chap in the office and the taxi driver whose car it was in bent over backwards to help me, and to get my phone back to me ASAP. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
