Excellent service to Terminal 5. Arrived spot-on time at 4:15am. Courteous. Picked up bags and put them in the trunk. Spotless Mercedes. Smooth driving style. Faultless service. Return service was equally excellent. Met at Arrivals on time. Courteously took my wife's luggage for her. Smooth journey home. Faultless service again!

Booked Silver Cars to take 2 adults 2 large suit cases and a road cycle to Heathrow T4 and to pick us up from T5 some 3 weeks later. Outward journey we were informed on the day that they would arrive at the appropriate time - they were 5 minutes early. Pick up from the airport, we informed them of the flight Number and arrival time. Again spot on time. Unfortunately our bags took longer than expected but there was no hassle. 5 stars for a 5 star caring company we will definitely use you again.

Our 4.50am pick up was bang on time, they even sent a text at 4.30am to say they were en route (which was reassuring as we had a train to catch). Taxi clean and comfortable. Will definitely be using again.

Picked me up fast from reading park and ride when trains had all been cancelled and dropped me to my destination around 1 1/2 hour away. Luxury car which was clean, driver was fantastic. Will definitely use when in reading again. 5/5 would recommend.
