Excellent service. I had a taxi booked but we decided to leave earlier so amended the booking on the app. They called us to check it was correct. When the taxi arrived, he was very patient and polite, we had a long conversation! Would thoroughly recommend Loddon Cars!
Loddon Cars are our first choice for taxis because they keep us informed - confirmation of order, assurance that car is on its way, etc. We do prefer having a car rather than a mini-bus which we had on one occasion today as it is very difficult indeed for us to get in and out. Drivers are always very helpful but we would like to have Mr. Patel when possible.
Unreliable. Requested a taxi to the train station and confirmed time. When it didn’t arrive at said time I called the office who said it was booked for a later time. It wasn’t! Missed my train and connection and my friends birthday party. Will never use again
First class service. The driver was very personable and well presented. He was on time, instructions for pick up clear and the car was very clean and comfortable.
Abbas was a fantastic driver. He dropped me at RBH. Very punctual, kind and was a real gentleman. I could not have asked for a better service or driver. Thank you Abbas.
